Because coffee isn't just black

Cupping with colours

Technical tasting notes exclude most of the people drinking the coffee. The colour system replaces the jargon with something universal: eight flavour families, each with its own colour, so a guest can point at what they like and a barista can match it instantly. It works on a menu board, a shelf talker or a bag.

How the coffee is made

100% convection. Nothing touches the drum.

In a conventional drum roaster, beans are heated partly by contact with hot metal, and that contact is what produces scorching, tipping and uneven development. Our roasting partner's Typhoon roasters remove the contact entirely: heat is carried into the bean by air alone, applied intensively and controlled precisely.

Sweeter espresso

Even development means sugars caramelise without burnt edges, so there is less bitterness to dial out on the bar.

Stable extraction

Consistent bean density and colour keep your recipe stable between bags and between deliveries.

Cleaner in milk

Chocolate and caramel notes carry through milk drinks instead of flattening into ash.

Measured, not remembered

Every production batch is profiled and logged in Cropster, so a profile can be reproduced exactly or adjusted deliberately.

Cupped before release

Releases are cupped against the approved reference before dispatch, and wholesale clients are invited to those sessions.

Traceable per bag

Roast date, batch and lot are recorded per bag, so any question about a delivery traces back to a specific roast.

Channels

Built for four kinds of buyer

Machine, beans, training and service run through one account and one invoice, with local terms, local delivery and a local phone number.
